We are very busy at the Permaculture Education Centre area doing fieldwork.
We had a droughty winter most of the time, which sadly didn’t held to our corn and bean plantation.
Then we got some terrestrial rain, after which we have planted more trees and started the land preparation by digging swales.
We will plant more trees to the north of the swale for water retention and to allow the trees better access to water and working out the most appropriate irrigation system for our site.
