We have started our harvest on the cabbage field! We planted 4 different types of cabbage and some have been sun dried directly whilst others have been boiled first in salty water then dried. We will store them in bags and we can keep them up to a year depending on the conditions.
Good news! Despite the difficult times Evans and the project team are still busy working. They just completed the installation of the solar system. A great success. Thanks to all of you for the great ongoing help and support.
Work on the Permaculture Centre continues.
