Updates – January ’22

Dear Supporters,

As we have mentioned, we are planning our first permaculture project with PORET in February and we are looking to raise funds to appropriately host the participants and be able to hold the meeting.

Due to the recent weather we were not able to build the gazebo yet.

We are looking to raise funds for basic items what would enable us to do so.

We need 6 single mattresses, 12 blankets, 24 sheets, 6 pillows/ beads and twine for making bags and key holders. Stationery ie books and pencils, projector and food for 16 people for 3 days. We also want to transport 4000 seedlings from Marondera to the farm.

We also need 6 hoes, 6 spades, 2 wheelbarrows. We need a tent as it is still raining. During the training we also would like to do some more planting and digging of swales and earth dams.
