Achievements 2023

Dear Friends,

At the end of last year we were reflecting on our achievements, we are proudly sharing with you.

Secondly, we would like to thank everyone for their donations and any other ways for supporting our work, without you we wouldn’t be able to come so far.
We have started 2023 with an Agroforestry training with the Waruka Trust for 26 women and 7 men from the surrounding villages.

In July we supported Poret at the annual seed swap in Zimbabwe. In return Julious Piti helped us to improve our permaculture knowledge.

In November Evans and Tinei visited a highly successful agroforestry site in Malawi that is helping to restore degraded sloping land and improve farmers’ incomes. You can read more about their experiences in our next newsletter.

We would also like to congratulate Tinashe, one of the youth trainers at MOCT, who recently graduated as an Agronomist after two years of studying at Bindura University. He is now aiming to continue his youth project at MOCT and continue your studies for a degree, too.

We would like to wish everyone a Happy New and please follow our development and support us in the future, too.
